Gilbert-Ash launches Corporate Responsibility 2014 Review

Tuesday 30th June 2015

Today Gilbert-Ash is launching its Corporate Responsibility 2014 review. We are proactively evolving our business model to build a resource efficient and sustainable company for the future. We recognize the value that this will add to our business, our employees, clients, supply chain partners and those communities in which we operate.  This is a long-term commitment and we have made sustainable business improvement one of the key elements of our 3 year corporate growth strategy.

The company has identified four core themes under which we have structured our approach to corporate responsibility: ethical business; employees and workforce; relationships and social value; and health, safety and environment. Download our factsheets to see how we performed in 2014.

The work we have carried out to date in corporate responsibility was recently independently recognised when we were awarded the Business in the Community NI CORE standard, and we were further shortlisted for Responsible Company of the Year. In the next 3 years we aim to build ambitiously on our achievements to date.

Our Human Resources Manager, Maria Bradley, explains more about our approach to corporate responsibility and how it is integrated into all our company activities.Today Gilbert-Ash is launching its Corporate Responsibility 2014 review.
