Topping out at Wadham College Student Accommodation, University of Oxford

A topping-out ceremony marked the milestone of reaching the highest point in the construction of Wadham’s student accommodation building in Iffley Road.

Foundation Fellow and benefactor Stephen Stow, (Law, 1973) performed the ceremony of cementing in the topmost part of the wall, watched over by the Warden of Wadham College Ken Macdonald QC.

Project architects Allies and Morrison, project managers Bidwells and staff from Gilbert-Ash, along with project advisors and members of the Wadham College building committee joined the ceremony on 11 October 2018.
